"The pick up driver was 20 late, and then only notified me that he was not the driver picking us up when I message him to ask for an earlier pick up. We had to wait almost 30 min to get any information about a new driver, and when we were going to be picked up, which is not great. Once notified we had to wait additional 20 min for the new driver to arrive.
Overall both trips were pleasant and both drivers were very polite."
