"This vehicle was pre-booked specifically to take the groom and groomsmen to our wedding ceremony, with collection booked for 10:35am. On the morning of our wedding we were informed that the vehicle would not arrive until approximately 11:20am, around 45 minutes late. The groom’s registrar appointment was at 11:30am, so this was simply not workable and could have resulted in him missing his appointment and delaying our wedding ceremony. We had no choice but to urgently arrange and pay for alternative transport. We had made it clear when booking that this journey was for the groom travelling to his wedding, so the delay caused significant and completely unnecessary stress on an already important morning. We have since contacted the company requesting a refund for the service we were unable to use, but we are yet to receive any response or acknowledgement. We would appreciate this being resolved and a full refund being issued as soon as possible."

The reason ‘bad traffic’ isn’t sufficient and should be planned for when scheduling. Everything else was positive but this lack of punctuality would prevent me booking again when compared to experiences with other providers in the past."

At Gatwick he pulled into the parking lot, not departures drop off. I asked him is this departure amd he pointed, and said its there, not far. He did not come out of the car. We got our suitcases from the boot. Ruined the start of our journey. "

"My driver wasnt present when i arrived, once I phoned they initially said it would be soon but after waiting 20 mins I phoned back and the driver said it would be a further 30 mins at least due to road closures which they should have flagged and factored in. The call centre operative agreed with me and verbally said I could cancel and receive a full refund which has not yet been provided nor have I recieved any confirmation of this agreement. "
