At Gatwick he pulled into the parking lot, not departures drop off. I asked him is this departure amd he pointed, and said its there, not far. He did not come out of the car. We got our suitcases from the boot. Ruined the start of our journey. "

I would've liked more communication before - such as what the car was, the driver's contact details and what the registration was so I knew who to look out for, rather than having to chase, after the pickup time to get that information when I couldn't find the driver, and had no idea who I was looking for!
